Now at :39, I am not sure, but if that is what is now the Hotel Downtown City Center, and some other buildings, then that has to be 18th Street. Some of the tracks that will be in this DLC, I have ridden on when I rode Amtrak from at least either from downtown to Kirkwood or from Kirkwood to Washington, MO.
