O.o I have nearly 9000 hours and was unaware you could multiselect provinces to transfer multiple province occupations. Also, AI isn't necessarily cheating. They could be running scrying war combatants, which is a spell that does show your enemy's entire territory for a set time.

God, this start is impossible. I hit end-game right as I finished the second bunch of missions. Both times I tried to break them as the Raj; the first time by the time I migrated back and got vision the Command and Dhen were the #1 and #1 great powers, and they both hated me. The second time that I got to end game the command stayed broken but a beefy Dhen and Kalisto allied each other, so I couldn't get deep into the Raj before endgame. Good Luck!

Oh no, the autonomy is so bad, no wonder your economy is so poor most your provinces are +50% autonomy, those extended periods of low crown land are really biting

I get you already finished this stuff, but a fact that you might not know is that while under the *Native Coexistance Policy* and maybe others, the culture/religion of a province doesn't flip *until* the number of colonists surpasses the number of natives (or surpasses 1/10th of the natives, I can never remember), and I believe making a trade company prevents the flipping entirely. Given Kanzad got nuked by (presumably) the Purge Warband decision, I don't think they have natives and thus this isn't something you could use, sadly. Other than that, I don't think there's a way to maintain a province's religion and/or culture during colonization.

I feel you on the pacing, since civ 5 4x games seem to have been wasting your production time a lot compared to tech pace. I think it's because civ 5 was a one unit per tile game and you'd literally fill every single tile with units if you didn't have to spend dozens of turns on a simple building or unit (before rebalancing this Traffic Jam of Doom was a big problem). Used to be very different, in civ 4, for example, a midgame goal was to get a city that could one turn units, and you'd have dozens of them. Ditto for ships in space 4x's. It's one of the many things civ 5 ruined in the strategy gaming space.

No idea yet if you realize this while playing, but you don't lose any goods trading. It's not very well explained in game, though.
