Use a s3500 at work and the wrap keeps coming off suction arm sounding alarm and having to replace wrap on suction manually. Any ideas to trouble shoot this issue?

This video was posted a few years ago, now on 2022 I have one of this machine at work and the roll carriage won't move up on automatic mode. It does manually using arrow up. I replaced the photo eye recommended by Lantech but didn't work. Now they told me to try replacing the approximate sensor. So now we are just guessing. Do you have any idea about this issue?

@@LantechPackaging SaraM. Thank you for your reply. Yesterday Monday 22nd I talked to one of your guys his name is Dustin. It's the third person I have talked to in Lantech the first person recommended me to buy the photo eye. Installed and did not work. The second representative recommended me to buy the proximity sensor, installed and did not work. So, Yesterday Dustin recommended me to buy the MCI- micro board. So, I waiting for a quote to order it and try. Will see what happens, Regards.

@@kilwager to fix the issue I replaced a proximity sensor underneath the base that spin. We bought this unit used. From our neighbor and it's a good machine so far.
