I realize this vid is a couple years old now, but I’m just getting into stone lifting and want to set something up in my yard like this. Any advice on constructing the table you have there? Any specific height ect? Thanks.
@brysimms2 жыл бұрын
Hi there. So the tallest one is 5 feet tall. Each platform I made 3.5 inches shorter. One thing I would have changed is, I made the top part of the platform 24 inches square. That only left me 18 gaps underneath for stone storage. I would have made them a little wider to be able to store bigger stones under there. I can up to the 275 stone underneath. As for building it, I just freeballed it and made it up as I went.

Thank you for replaying. This helps me out a lot and I appreciate it. I am going to build very soon. I use two whiskey barrels at the moment.

Tony here it is, my philosophy is basically this, and this is something that I live by, and I always have, and I always will: Don’t ever, for any reason, do anything, to anyone, for any reason, ever, no matter what, no matter where, or who, or who you are with, or where you are going, or where you’ve been, ever, for any reason whatsoever

@@brysimms would listening to this advice count as doing something, for someone? Even if it is myself. What if my friends jump off a cliff, I gotta do it too. No way, I’ll be the rotten egg!

What do you find it hits the hardest?
@brysimms4 жыл бұрын
Probably arms and traps. But having the 2 separate pieces wanting to move back and forth is difficult. It’s incredible how much easier it was with the large fixed frame
@LairdRoss4 жыл бұрын
That wooden frame looks awesome. Hopefully the grip holds the next time around
