T1 is either a mosfet, controlling rectified AC, or a triac, controlling pure AC, and is working to regulate, by pulse width modulation, like in a dimmer switch, the current flowing to the blanket. the thing you called an LED is a neon lamp, serving the same purpose. good video, helpful, thank you.

@@adrianhardcastle9297 Nathan (who is the coolest guy, NGL) spent several months working on this, while I would have had about three days to learn it. So, yeah, I promise you, Nathan is definitely the guy you want to hear from on this one! (I may be a little funnier, I'll give you that. 🙃)

Any documentation on the use and intent of the Arduino library (other than the inline comments in the checked-in code), or tutorials on how to drive a 4-wire bipolar stepper with this controller?

I have this sensor and will connect it to an Arduino R4 WiFi but I don' t have the Qwiic cables, so please where do I find the diagram for welded connections? The instructions to weld in the Library seem to have a mistake: * To use these examples you need to connect the VL53L5CX satellite sensor directly to the Nucleo board with wires as explained below: * pin 1 (GND) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to GND of the Nucleo board * pin 2 (IOVDD) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to 3V3 pin of the Nucleo board <<<<<<<<<<<<<<< * pin 3 (AVDD) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to 5V pin of the Nucleo board * pin 4 (PWREN) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to pin A5 of the Nucleo board * pin 5 (LPn) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to pin A3 of the Nucleo board * pin 6 (SCL) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to pin D15 (SCL) of the Nucleo board * pin 7 (SDA) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to pin D14 (SDA) of the Nucleo board * pin 8 (I2C_RST) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to pin A1 of the Nucleo board * pin 9 (INT) of the VL53L5CX satellite connected to pin A2 of the Nucleo board

Question - I have this toy that turns on and off by cap touch, but it automatically shuts off after a while and I want it to stay on indefinitely. Is there a way to add a circuit to simulate a person touching it so it will stay on ?

I like the online alpha manager and online 'esp tool' (or offline python version) BTW, not mentioned, but what about debugging? For example, isn't the biggest advantage to the single-core Risc-V options (C3, C6) is that it has a built-in debugger... whereas the dual-core/bluetooth S3 requires an external esp-prog JTAG adapter? Would love to see how to debug and single-step on C3/C6 and s3 using VS Code and PlatformIO. BTW, I understand VS Code + IDF Extension you need to first install IDF VS Code + PlatformIO Extension, you don't need IDF nor IDF Extension but aside from the different build-systems, what is the difference between VS-Code developing/debugging using IDF versus using PlatformIO?
