@@larsbotany Really good question. I don't know for sure who came up with the concept first. I was told that Lennar had this concept, but it was in a different location. I was able to view it first at a Dr. Horton. Lennar's concept is a little different than Dr. Horton's. Are you interested in acquiring a home like this?

I am a home owner. There are so many problems with the new townhouses. The builder Mike and his crew are rude. They don't work with you to help you. My new home came with broken equipment. At first when it was being built they did nothing about the mold that was present due to rain while being constructed. Neighbors are rude! They will tow your car because they don't like you and they won't show you the rules were it says don't park infront of your own house. This place sucks! So many problems with this location! Manangement are a bunch of liars! No one picks up the phone! They close early around 3 and it says online supposed to close at 6pm!! They are all frauds!! They will harasse you constantly!!!

+Gloria Walters, PA ~ Tampa Real Estate Agent Thank you. I have talked to so many people from D.R Horton and the management from the clubhouse and no one ever listens to my concerns. I moved in November 30th of 2015. My experience here is terrible. I have a corner house, and I park in front of my house so that no one will block me from exiting my home. Several neighbors park directly in front of my house. The management doesn't care about the other neighbors blocking me. But they care if I park directly in front of my house. I have been threatened by management several times of being towed for parking in front of my house. One man in particular I think his name was Sam who keeps harassing my family. He has a big black truck. He and the next door neighbor Jordan are always threatening to tow. I'm not blocking anyone as far as anyone is concerned.
