My mother was also a teacher. When she got back from school the dining table would be filled with the little boys and girls from the slums behind my house and they would be tutored free and also given a meal before they went home. My Mum used to walk a few miles to save the bus fare as she really could not afford much. If any of her free tuition children was wrongly assessed or ill treated in school she would take leave and go with them to the school to inquire why. Syed I have the greatest respect for you and I hope that the political fix up that you are in now unwinds itself so that you can lead this nation one day.

这是一本任何大马价值投资者都应该拥有、更应该从头到尾好好地读一遍的本地股市投资基本功书籍。 如果现在没时间读，最起码先买来收藏，用行动支持这位作者用心分享 -- 分享他身为大马股市内行人的观点和心得；分享如何通过股票分析技巧来避开股市中的陷阱。

读了这本书已给我带来了千倍回报。我沒有誇大。 吸引我买这本书的最主要原因是书中尾端有三章分析做假帐的实例 -- 伦敦食品(London Biscuit)，金鹏集团(Transmile)和Megan Media。 当时我手上持有最近闹得风风雨雨的Serba Dinamik。我对这家盈利年年高成长，但却估价偏低的公司是有点戒心的。公司频频有动作、自由现金流年年负数。不过我也知道好多成功的例子在成长初期也是年年负自由现金流的。亚马逊和Netflix就是例子。 不过读了黄子伦书中的三个实例，在和手中的Serbadk对比，我决定清仓。我不敢说Serbadk做假。不过如果我没读在本书而没卖，我可能会在前几天以只剩下一半的价格离场。
