I got the S81 Max and the 21w pnnel. I would imagine charging the power station would take days only using the 21w panel. I do like the unit alot!

I bought the single unit to have a way to melt my chocolate to the exact temperature for tempering. I used a dip stick thermometer to measure my chocolate temperature then seeded the chocolate and it worked. This is a great little cooktop for melting chocolate. Better than my enclosed double boiler. There are limited options for home chocolatiers. It does help to use high quality chocolate too. Thanks for sharing.

Just got it for Christmas, used it and let me tell you folks. It SUCKS!! not enough pressure and the stream wiggles all over the place so there’s little control of the stream.

I filmed this at my inlaws home and yeah there they can open the cabnent but not totally. At our home we dont have that problem at all due to the placement of the fridge. So it depends.

It has an heating element it should smoke by itself. Apparently it has issues with that mine does smoke no oil need.
