This is the reason why you don't do something if you don't have a clue what you are doing. The transducer has to be level with the bottom of the hull and there is no way you can operate the screen on the front of the hatch. I have the same ski. Everything is wrong....

You full of it bro ! Jet ski are very unstable for moving around and fishing ! I got a kawasaki 1100 and i had to put expandacraft on each side to keep the ski from flipping over !

Good to see ya having a go young fella....., I am installing the exact sounder on my fit 130. Butttttt, mate, your transducer is mounted way to high. It will not work at speed. Unless you mounted this for some other use.....it needs to be at the stern chine level. See the instructions. I am mounting mine on the port side mirror, which is closer to operate and use my left hand if I am still using throttle with the other. Cheers, Crunchie

Totally wrong placing on the transducer. Too high up. must be 3 to 5mm under the water,almost same line as iunder the hull..

Great video. Several thoughts. One - Shouldn't the screen be mounted where you can reach it while sitting on the jet ski? It looks like you mounted it too far forward so you can't press the buttons without leaning over the front of the jet ski. It also makes it harder to see that far away. Two - It would probably be wise to use marine grade silicone instead of typical bathroom silicone. Lastly, can't the transducer be mounted instead the jet ski with silicon instead of outside the hull? You loose the water temperature functionality, but I hear it works even better and has less chance of salt damage and getting hit by something.
