Too bad it didn't work out for you Heygen. I'm sure other platforms might be better with tutorials. I can see your videos using a text to speech with some background and your own video footage. That doesn't really require HeyGen on the AI avatar. More other tools can produce those type of videos now.

It's a SCAM. The owner, Arron William Child ripped off a lot of people with the "lifetime" deal, initially as Blakify and then renaming to Utrrr. He charged $67 for this crap. So disgusted 🤢 of such scammers 💩

I only tried paid version of Descript and now Xound, I don't have paid version of Adobe so not sure if they have any other additional features. If purely based on paid version, Descript has more customisation while Xound has less but much easier to use. Hope this answers your questions. Thanks for checking out the video.

My account got disabled too. I don't accept the excuse that some LTD's fail and that is just too bad for us. AppSumo needs to stand up and advocate for those of us that paid $67 for this tool. I want to have confidence that when I purchase through AppSumo that I will get the full value for what I am paying for.

The same thing happened to me. I reached out to AppSumo for help. So far, Utrrr (via AppSumo) has tried to accuse me of violating the Microsoft Azure terms of service and even of trying to resell my product - which I have NEVER done. I just want to use the product I paid $67 for. AppSumo has ALWAYS been very fair with me and helped to resolve issues so that everyone is happy. I hope that they can help us all to get this one corrected because otherwise, it calls into question every purchase I've made and I don't want it to make me question future purchases. I like AppSumo. They provide a good way for startups to get funding and for early adopters to participate. Lifetime deals should not be temporary. Let's hope that AppSumo can get this one fixed.

Same issue here! They deactivated one account that we've used to generate temporary voice overs for simulations. Another persons account at the company that has barely been used was not disabled. I suspect they are disabling any account that has been using the service in any meaningful way as they are likely paying per request now.

Yes this is one of the dangers of the LTD, I bought this when it was still Blakify, got some use out of it. But sort of wrong that they can do this. If the company goes bankrupt thats one thing, I wonder if the LTD is a contract which the new owners would have to honour.

Utrrrly useless! This company has deleted all of it's paying customers and banned them from using the app. No excuses have been given for this deplorable act on their customers. If you are thinking of buying Utrrr formerly known as Blakify. Don't bother! It will be a complete waste of your money, they will cancel your account for no good reason too!

@@williamkwanco I noticed appsumo took Utrrr's page down on their site. I've been in touch with the help desk and I'm going to insist on a refund. If I don't get a refund I'll Take Utrrr to the small claims court in the UK. Their address is in their privacy agreement on their website.

It's a shame if they don't take it seriously, it reflects badly on anything else offered on Appsumo, so is hard on other sellers, it basically means Appsumo is too risky to use now and you can't rely on the products so can't use for anything serious. It's the second TTS software that has caused issues for us. LTD = limited days only, an unpredictable random number in fact.@@williamkwanco
