Hello Doctor, does the semitendinosus or gracilis regrow back? How about the loss of hamstring muscle. Thank you Dr Misbahul Muqarrabin.
@Dr-Misbahul-Muqarrabin20 күн бұрын
When a hamstring tendon is used for ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) reconstruction, the harvested tendon does not regenerate to its original form. However, the body adapts in several ways: 1. Some degree of scar tissue forms where the tendon was harvested, and the remaining tendon fibers may become thicker to compensate for the loss. 2. The muscles surrounding the harvested tendon area often adapt and strengthen to help maintain overall function. This adaptation helps mitigate the impact of tendon removal. 3. Over time, physical therapy and rehabilitation help improve the function and strength of the affected leg. Many patients regain a high level of function and return to their previous activities. In summary, while the exact tendon does not regrow, the body undergoes several adaptive changes to compensate for the loss, allowing most patients to recover well with appropriate rehabilitation. Thank you for your response.

So it's a physical anchor, it will never become naturally adhered to the body over time. So things which are physically secured will spoil over time so you gottaoperate again at some point in life again.

Don't be someone who says they believe Iblis is an enemy in public, but when private, they are actually worshipping Iblis (Munafikun)
