I super appreciate that you let us know this was on the free version. It's so annoying when people do tutorials on the paid version and don't tell you and you get your hopes up. Unfortunately, the video is super blurry and tiny so I can't read anything on your Asana or really see what you're doing. I would like to subscribe to your channel because it seems like the content is good but if I can't see it, it won't really help me. Could you make it larger next time, please? Thank you! UPDATE! I resolved the blurriness! I'll mention the fix here in case it's happening to anyone else. Super easy! Click the settings gear icon in bottom right of menu bar > click Quality > choose 1080P.

Lindsey this was lovely minus the fact 2 adds played in the middle of the meditation. It really really jolted me the first time as I was deep in meditation. I then couldn’t get back in because of anxiety of add playing again.. which it did. As a meditation teacher myself it really messed my nervous system when I’m trying to meditate and a add disrupted it 😊

I have already created an asana accound with gmail and I don't see how to change the email address to my business one and i don't see how to delete my account to start fresh. Does anyone know how to do this?
