It’s not much sugar in this cake but in case you want to reduce, then you can use 3/4 of the total amount of sugar I had used in this butter cake. Hope this helps.

Hy mam if we want to bake this cake I small batch how can we do it? Should we have half the all ingredients 😅😅 Like _ you are using 5 eggs if we are making in small batch we can use two or three egg 😂 ( just asking for small batch of butter cake)

I can see from the thumbnail that the surface of the cake is hard and covered with pimple-like spots and not smooth. From my experience, this indicates that the oven temperature was a bit high for the oven that was used.

I think your wet batter was initially split before the flour..

It’s called curdling of the batter when wet ingredients are more, and this is normal. Once we add dry ingredients, everything comes together into a smooth batter. Hope this information helps 👍
