The green leaf DID have roots! He also did many things wrong, such as using soil, not keeping the medium moist, and placing it in direct sun to cook Then he shows us the begonias, rooted the correct way. I don't get it

What’s your feeling on this plant being grown in a stratum and perlite mix? I just purchased one and want to give it the best life.

I would recommend botanical garden in Puerto de la Cruz and botanical garden in La Orotava (behind city hall).

New sub! I have a billietiae and I feel that the sancti vibes are totally different. Sounds like they enjoy the same environment. That led me to philodendron pallidiflorium and Vittiflorium... I want all three now.

Oh, and I also struggled with my adansonii. It just never was quite as happy as my others for some reason. I needed to downsize so finally said goodbye to it, although I do still have a small adansonii mint, which oddly enough is doing beautifully.

I so appreciate the enthusiastic information about your monstera. as an American I also enjoy the Elegant cadence of your British accent.

Whoop whoop on the new burle marx flame leaf 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I've just treated myself to a little TC baby 😊 I can't believe you're hating on the adansonii. Poor guy. They do have a tendency to sulk when moved, but it's more likely to be the change of season and moving it has stressed it a bit. The best bit of advice I can offer is to chop it right back, give it a quarter dose feed, and it will regrow looking a lot better. I've found they don't appreciate any direct light and they like to have their own bit of space with no plants cramping their style 😂 Also, with propagating Peru, I've had more success with either propagating them in sphagnum in the clear boxes or directly in soil that's kept moist. Please don't get rid of the adansonii because when it looks like it should, it's a real stunner. Patience, my friend 😁

if this oak had survived, it must have been a big amount of luck, because you made a few mistakes 1.remove only the Bark and cambium and dont touch the sapwood🤷♂️ 2.stay away from rooting hormon with your skin for it causes skin-tumors😢 3. Dont cut the airlayer without hardened rootball 4.keep the Airlayer in the shade until healthy growth shows up🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️ Nevertheless your Video is great anyway😂😂😂❤❤❤

Give them to a few friends or family, then follow and share with us how they are all doing. I’m always interested in seeing new plant parents’ journeys.

Obsessed! Have you scored a Bambino yet ? They are hard to find here in the US. I just found one in a grocery store of all places. And I got my hands on a variegated Fiddle Leaf Fig which has not been easy to care for tbh 😬

I just got the Spiritus Sancti last week. Its still one of the rarest plants in the world because only 1 person has been able to make seedlings so far. We have some now because 1 person in America was able to get some seedlings from his and sold them. Amazing!!. Now we just need to get the wild numbers back up!!
