@@SunsetPropertyToursProduction The question is not about the purpose of the house. I will never consider of investing 6.5m pesos and getting a container house. If I'm not mistaken, per shipping container costs about 50-80k pesos which will last about 50years, unless gawa sa ginto yung shipping container na yan.

Kapag nakita mo ang video style nila paganito, ang gusto ata nila ay sa buyers perspective kaya laging nasa video yun babae. if nakulangan ka sa content pm mo sila for more if buyer ka. if viewer ka naman at di bibili manuod ka na lang. Wala din naman kakaibang features understood naman na yun basics ng house. if smart house siguro naman magsasalita yun babae nasa video. If napanuod mo din kapag maraming pwede ipakita papakita nila yan and if kakaiba and unique ipapakita and explain din. Wag po tayong ignorante nakakita naman na tayo ng mga bahay alangan naman bawat kanto na lang need pa explain... If nakulangan ka pm mo sila para pakita nila sayo, kaso di ka naman bibili eh gusto mo lang ibigay ang opinion mo. Sa pagobserved ko sknla if maayos naman comment they allow improvements kaso yun sayo basher comment eh, nagsama ka pa ng isa pang basher. Been around here sa mga videos nila okay naman and I do say stuff if may need improve.

Some properties have mixed house styles. Sorry, bungalow lang kasi yung sainyo. And, You can't say [walang bibili] if you don't even know what buyers are looking for. This is why comments from dirt poor haters are not relevant. Also, it's not "OA" you just can't comprehend this style of selling.

Just don't mind mga basher! Wala din naman silang idea for different types of structural designs of properties, wala din tong nagcomment pambili. Anyways, bad or good comment is still madaming marereach. Kapag walang pambili or di naman bibili wala talaga siya sa prospective ng buyers kasi they will never understand yun ganitong style. If irrelevant din yun sa sabihin like mga ganito. Wag na lang pansinin.

Sorry but please focus on the house you’re selling next time. You’re not supposed to be on the video all the doing pa cute or pabebe poses next time unless you’re explaining the feature of it.
