That depends on what street you are talking about.... if you are in a state that requires a state inspection...NO would not pass emissions and those looked like full on dirt tires to me not street legal DOT tires. Soooooooo

Kenda makes DOT knobby tires that look like stock dirt bike tires. In my state, dirt bikes get registered as a composite vehicle, which are emissions exempt.

No plate , no rear view mirrors make it illegal in Cali at least without those two missing items . Otherwise looks good man . I enjoy my ‘99 WR-F400 that’s fully legal with Baja -Designs kit on it . Totally the way to go out here in Commi-Fornia!!

That is a motocross bike. It is not tuned for a high top end. Check out the difference between dual sports Kawasaki and Suzuki and the similar supermoto versions. The supermotos have a higher top end. I had a 1982 Yamaha Seca 400 and my buddy brought a similar RD350 down from Canada. His bike was faster off the line but I always passed him on the straights.

Do that to kx 500 and you have a real screamer. Street tires and big bog for your balls and hang on for power wheelies in every gear

Why would you even want a 250 2 stroke as a street legal bike lol. You definitely don’t want to hold that shit wide open on the highway or interstate. It will definitely blow up. I love my 2 strokes but not for the street
