Put it on jack stands and roll the tire, just looking at everything you aren't going to see the problem. Since people keep telling you that it's the same tire it might be a tire or a bent rim, worst case a bent axle. You won't know until you get it off the ground.

A bent axle will make the wheel wobble had one bent for 2 years and never found the problem until rear end blew had to to buy new axles along with the pumpkin

A dent puller is a great tool for small tight spaces. Good work tho Keep going 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 also a carbide burr bits for metal will clean up the key hole and edge really well

That flat spot isn't factory, that muffler shop BUTCHERED the crap out of the whole system, unbelievable they run a business. Good stuff on the pypes setup, I got the full clear image setup with headers, x-pipe and spintechs, sounds nasty good, made the mistake of also going to a muffler shop the first time.
