I feel like I did not utilize the 3Ds. I played about only the gbs games I got from that program and Mario Kart 7. Was not allowed to use the online mode when I was kid so I never explored those things. Nor did I even know about the badge maker.

I seriously regret selling away my "new" 3DS XL i had a while back. I do have my 2DS xl but that other one was actually a perfect handheld. It really was better to play classic Nintendo games on that than it is to play then on Switch now.

Ngl, just buy yourself a 3ds and mod it to play any gb/gba/ up to 3ds games as you like. It's the best experience ever

I love using the 3d effect! I have 20/20 vision too. The effect depends on your eye muscles. So it won’t ruin your vision.

Welp the Nintendo Switch 2 is out. I'm sorry to everyone who bought a switch this year or even the previous. I worked in retail in Best Buy. I was always asked what the best Switch was. Being an honest salesmen. I told my customers to wait and save their money. I read a lot of tech news. The switch 2 rumors were around for a few years. But this year they were really loud. Told all my customers to either buy a switch lite or wait a few months for the new one. Some didn't listen and I recommended them the bundle or whatever we had in stock. But low and behold the Switch 2 was announced and is backswords compatible. My condolences to the people who accidently wasted money. I hope people learn a little more patience and research expensive products they want, as it can really pay off.

I remember getting my original 3DS a couple months after the release and absolute loving it! The 3DS is honestly the last console in which I feel like Nintendo actually gave it some love with all the applications and themes. Years later I ended up getting a 3DS XL off of EBay after hearing the unfortunate news that the shops and support will be coming to an end and ended up buying a couple games before the Eshop closed down. I really hope the Switch 2 gets this kind of love that they gave for the 3DS
