Crime rate now through the roof. Homeless, no jobs, traffic. A kid was murdered by the mural of Tomball train. Tejas BBQ is now crap. They are building crime neighborhoods as I watch. Im a old-school Tomball land owner. Brush up your languages and buy a gun. Tomball schools, not A rating. Now overcrowded. Look up crime rate now. Woodlands, we now call "Hoodlands". Everything I just said everything that can be fact checked!!!!!! HEB now has a police tower so you don't get mugged. Those bungalows, crap houses, for 180K😂😂😂 , by more ammo. Don't forget the corrupt police department! Now over building is causing more flooding.

I believe the flooding was northeast of Magnolia in the Livingston area. During Hurricane Harvey on 1 area flooded effecting 24 homes.

There are literally miles and miles of paved hike & bike trails. There are also unofficial dirt trails for cycling.

The tax rate is over 3 percent. Why would you tell people its low. Mill creek trails is built on the property that was the horse ranch where Patrick kept his horses.

Yeah that's a nice community. I think Castle Rock and New Century is building pretty affordable homes out there. Do you live in that area or are you thinking about moving there?

@Jon Nagel You are right Magnolia is going from a mostly rural area with luxury country estates and small homes on land to more diverse housing options that appeal to a broader home buyer base. In Audubon you will have homes from the 400s to 1 million. In Escondido a first time home buyer will get a great home at a reasonable price. I think these are good things. 👍

I do and you know the homeless, crime rate, police towers in grocery store parking lots. I'm headed back to my ranch. Sex shops, CBD, and massage parlors , plenty to choose from. Wait till the next Harvey or Ike, poor leadership has made Willow Creek , a huge flood way. I'm sick. Same thing happening in stage coach and magnolia. Traffic is horrible!! I've been here since 70s. I now keep to myself and more time at ranch. Tomball hospital, your lucky if your loved ones make it out alive. Nothing like all these new crime apartments.

Hi Phil & Jason, thanks for getting our history right with the mention that we were founded by QUAKERS. I would like to see more mention of our downtown area and the mom & pop businesses there. The downtown area is considered the heart of Friendswood by many and shop owners are very accommodating. We have 3 museums downtown that are now open on the first Saturday of each month along with a Farmers Market. These type of activities are what keep the small town feel in Friendswood. Sure, Bay Brook Mall (which is mention in all the videos about Friendswood) has a lot of shopping and restaurants but it is Friendswood in address only. Friendswood doesn’t receive any taxes from those businesses. I would much prefer grabbing a bite to eat in Friendswood than the additional drive and crowds at Bay Brook Mall restaurants. It is cool that many of the NASA astronauts live here and we can see them in our 4th of July parades and show support for them there too. There is a dedicated 55+ community built by Del Webb that is absolutely gorgeous, but if traditional homes are too much upkeep there are also 55+ condo and town home communities near by.

Yes, Riverstone has new construction, but there are many other communities in Sugar Land that are building new homes.
