That's the very same car James Martin reviewed a while ago. Mercifully the dog collar on the nearside C-pillar intake is gone. That was the only blemish on what is right now possibly the best 308GT4 there is.

Indeed it is the same car! I decided to remove the intake, but you're right - This is 100% One of the best 308GT4's out there!

Do you really need to bypass the cd changer? I cant get the cable behind the cd unit to disconnect and I don't want to take all the trim in the boot down just to have access to it. 😬

Indeed you do - if you don't the headunit will not allow you to 'play from CD Changer' and therefore no bluetooth audio! It is one of the fiddliest bit's of the install, but once you find the right cable it's pretty straightforward. It may help if you take a look at a pic of the back of a CD changer online so you know exactly what it is you are feeling for.

The glorious Jaguar V12. One of the automotive industry's finest engines. Jaguar have the honour of being the only company to produce a V12 in any quantities and to sell them over a 21 year period - just terrific.

NIce car but you cant use the V12 HE engines, they drop valve seats because the crappy heads are India made and the valves are also some import crap, the pre HE is much better! All english made by BL and much stronger. So convert al HE to pre HE V12 Engines!

Nonsense. HE heads have the same West Yorkshire Foundry casting mark as the pre-HE heads. I think I’ve seen you make this same false post on other XJS videos.

@@BangerFleet No all HE heads were made in India, maybe they marked them in West Yorkshire in term of QC.
