In my opinion... the pilot has already considered the turbulence that will occur... look at the situation where the runway is spread out between an empty land area and a lake... it will definitely produce thermals in several spots and that will definitely have a great turbulence impact

what kind of rotor head bearing is that. Is it a duplex or one ball bearing . is it greasable. does it have a temp senser to monitor its condition or maybe a vibe monitor and lastly how long do you run it until replacement. oh and nice vid

@@peterrestaino7047 For rotor teetering, AutoGyro uses rotor head with bushings, no bearing. Bushings are needed to be replaced in every 300 to 400 hours. These bushings are required to grease in every 5 hours too. More maintenance but very strong and no catastrophic failure like bearing. For rotor head rotation, it has 2 bearings. Every 1000 hours to replace. No temp monitoring nor greasable.
