Bought this hoover 2 weeks ago for a job, unfortunately I had to get a full refund after 3 days of solid use as for the price it performs horribly. The only bag you can get for it is the black plastic bin bag, it does not protect the filter and allows the filter to get blocked with drill dust very quickly. Something you don't show or are not aware of yet, once the hoover loses suction from what I know is a relatively small amount of drill dust, it emits a very loud beeping noise. A bit like a fire alarm beep, and it wont stop until you restart the hoover and clean the filter. Cleaning the filter does not work with the inbuilt "clack clack" of opening and closing the battery cover, at best it might clear some larger build up but not the fine particulate that is actually blocking the filter so the filter clog warning will go off nearly immediately on reuse. That means you have to open up the hoover, remove the filter and clear the filter, which for those who are looking at it for M class certification, immediately voids the M class certification. We spent more time clearing the filter than we did actually having the unit powered up. It also EATS batteries, We were using 8ah Bosch ProCore batteries and I recon we were getting about 20mins of battery life out of each battery. I hear you say well that's not bad usage. For perspective, factor in the cost of the ProCore 8ah battery and your looking at, in the UK, a £500-550 total cost! And no, I will not get 2x 12ah Procore batteries, at £220 a piece that brings the price to stupid levels. On the plus side, it is a nice compact hoover that fits nicely in a work van, the Bluetooth remote function is very handy, the anti static spines in the hopper with the anti static blue pipe work great too. However if your after a site hoover where no mains power is available and the job site requires M class dust extraction I cannot recommend this hoover! Trust me, that peeping warning will drive you insane and no you cannot get fabric bags for it that protect the filter and stop it getting blocked.

The tool itself is a bit too bulky for tight spaces and not the most portable for quick unscrewing, but the filming and functionality were spot on.
Para uso ocasional, si sólo necesita un corte aproximado así que por supuesto.

Nice idea. I am considering to buy your adapter. In which direction did you print it, or did you use support structures?
@Tech-3D24 күн бұрын
Thank you. He needs support but he is printing well. Because of this, I added a small flared hem to the edge of the outlet to keep it on the bed and not unstick when printing. I also added a printscreen of the slicer to show the printing method. cults3d.com/en/3d-model/tool/cyclone-effect-adapter-for-scheppach-dc100-sawdust-extractor-dustcollector

Having a filter that is directly open to the dust hose is an idiotic design flow. Good improvement…. Even if I would prefer to have a separate bucket with a real cyclone on top of it.
@Tech-3D24 күн бұрын
A cyclone unit separate from the barrel is certainly a better solution.

In the case of grinding edges or small areas, definitely 12V. It's lighter, more operative, better to hold in the hand.

@Tech-3DАй бұрын
