Baking ! It was so hot is was hard to operate the camera. We were a bit unfortunate with the sound as the Eastern plane in front of us was getting ready to take off - worth it though as she cleared a space for the Vulcan - I still can't believe the Vulcan parked just a few meters away from us !!!

Thank you, Martin signed my friends Airday brochure (I didn't know his history, so thank you for enlightening me) - all the Vulcan crew took the time to speak to the crowd, which was great.

Thank you for letting me know. Let's hope they do the same next year and allow us to walk around / under the Vulcan - it made our day and Yeovilton this year was fantastic - thanks to everyone that makes this show happen! I have some video of underneath the Vulcan, but as the walk around appears to be a good fund raiser for them I'm not so sure of posting it (if you get the chance to walk under, it's highly recommended). If VTTS approve, I will. Roll on Bournemouth, let's hope she flies!

I subscribe to the VTTS email and receive a weekly email from them. When they described what a great day they had they had a couple of links. One of the takeoff (my video) and the display (yours).

I too am honoured if they have used this video in some way - can I ask how you know and what they used it for? (Your video is great by the way). The Vulcan guys were amazing, we had no idea they were going to park the plane so close to us - it was a perfect day out.
