If you're a true athlete committed to dangerous sport, "tuck n roll" is your best friend. You DEFINITELY DO NOT pour water on the FACE. But what you're saying, ice packs under the armpits, is relatively equivalent to cool water on the chest/stomach. You DO NOT want to dump it on the head, but the torso is the place where the blood is circulating to quickest, so if it's the only option you have, water on the torso is far better than on the head/face or any arms/legs, just like how icepacks under the armpits would help cool overall temperature.

E-boys went away both because of the trends and also because of the age demographic. They were at their height during the corona virus because everyone was at home and making cool and edgy transitions whilst wearing really random clothes they didn't randomly show in the public to be embarrassed of, rather it was so normalized in the internet that after the lockdown everyone dressed like that. Also most of us were teenagers back then, I was 14 when the lockdown started and had my 18th birthday when it was officially over, it was really cringey to see these boys make such dumb faces whilst trying to look hot and cool (teenager me thought the same ngl). I really liked your video, keep on!
