What is the total size of sqm house and lot for this? I was planning this one, it's good for business atmosphere, and the other one that I commented, 90sqm house with garage 🫶 I have a suggestion, can you make a house & lot plan like this but can put the barista business inside the house? Like the important stuffs and bedrooms are at the 2nd floor for 2 storey building?
