34-year-old man here. Very happy I came across this speech. Even as a 34-year-old man I needed to hear this. So I can enforce this into my lifestyle and be the best person I can be. This is a great speech. And great wisdom! also, I am a Oklahoma Sooners fan. But I’ve always appreciated Nick Saban as a coach in the college football world. I hope he enjoys his retirement. He has definitely earned the title of goat.
