Spent much of the 70's and 80's there. My grandparents lived there. Was a great Serbian community, people were so friendly. Lots of music and block parties back in the day. Recently drove through there, and it was so run down, and looked like meth heads everywhere :(

NC here. We always make a trip to the shoe! Usually it’s in January, but this year, we had a great season, so it was pushed all the way to the last week! We stayed until the 30th. Had that one last blast of Cheat Mountain Magic on the 29th!
