I don't understand why you activate "Send Ecommerce Data'" in the GA4 Ecommerce Events setup parts. The option "Enhanced E-commerce tracking" in the settings of GTM4WP -> Integration -> Woocommerce is doing the same no ? Thanks for answering

The regex isn't quite correct in the video. You'll want it to be ^(view_item|view_item_list|select_item|add_to_cart|remove_from_cart|view_cart|begin_checkout|add_payment_info|add_shipping_info|purchase)$ otherwise you've got an implicit ".*" before and after each option, meaning that if you ever extend your data layer with an event name with any overlap e.g. "select_item_promotion", the regex in the video will match and cause the tag to fire. There's also a capital letter at the start of the regex in the video, which should be lowercase instead.

You pasted yours but idk where to find that on my shopify store. You said they were "standard ecommerce event tags". Where do i get that info? Help! Thanks

When you say we need to remove the universal tag...is that the Google site tag/ Google Analytics tag that was already there. Or just move that down and plug in the Google Tag Manager?

What if I have a Global site tag or Google Analytics coding in place of the Google Tag Manager. Should I still delete it and ONLY have the Google Tag Manager? Help!

I've noticed that with the Shopify integration there's a rather large gap (20% or so for me) between Universal Analytics vs. GA4. I've chatted with numerous people and they are seeing the same thing, have you experienced this?

Okay, I also Opted out / turned off the Automatically set up a basic Google Analytics 4 property button. Because I got a warning at top that says: This property's setup is not complete. Settings may be completed for you based on your original Universal Analytics (UA) property, unless you opt out in the connected UA property.

My google merchant account number is different than my google ad links number. #1 is that okay? #2 I just connected both Accounts today... so they are Linked. I'll assume that means they are working right and they are supposed to have their own account id numbers.

Okay, so about an hour ago I already set this up through Google the way Google had me do it was with the GA4 Script and put it into the <head>, before I found your video. I am going to follow your instructions and add the Google Tag Script underneath the GA4 Script under the <head>. My only question is, Should I still add the Google Tag Manager Script under the head as well and also in the Order status page in the Additional Scripts box?
