As a 14-15 year old I stood in the front gawping at Doug and Billy, Duncan and Johnny Dick at Catcher, Biting Eye, Sebastian's, The Tum, and other places, off my scone. They were amazing live, superb!

I’m so glad this is available in a streamable format after all these years. I played my vinyl copy so many times that I had to get a second one when I wore the first one out.

This is purely hypothetical of course, but I wonder what would have happened if Peter Kirwin and Brian Jones had swapped bands?

Too bad Jimi’s solo wasn’t recorded instead of the bass part. What the heck!

I came from the Todd In The Shadows video about the Summer in Paradise album by The Beach Boys, and let me tell you that a TikTok remix is not the worst thing that has happened to this song and Mike Love is a criminal

Another example of the perfect idiocy of the 60's music videos: Please during the solo make sure you show anything but Jimi's fingers... Bunch of morons!!!

Has to be one of the top ten rock tunes ever, and I'm struggling to think what would be above "Oh Well"

I love both versions of the band. The Stevie/Lindsey version got the massive successes, but there’s something cool and charismatic about the 1967-1970 version with the original lineup.

Sadly, the whole cigarettes tobacco nicotine addiction thing was behind Mary's death. No one seems to talk about that. It's really horrible thing to do to oneself. I knew her. And I miss her terribly. 😭😳😵‍💫 🩷🩵🩷🩵🩷

@ClassicTVMan1981X Yes! Elizabeth (Liz/"Betty") is still alive and she's a very amazing person who always had a super amazing voice! I truly wish there were more songs with her stunning super-unique lead vocals on them! My favorite is "So Much In Love" ("Seashore Song"), originally recorded by The Tymes💝💖🩷💚🩵🧡💙❤️💜
