You are correct and I stand corrected! Inoue is the 2nd and Usyk is trying to be the 3rd male to do it. Still would be a tremendous accomplishment. Not sure it will happen, but thanks for the feedback. Enjoy the fight!

This year with the versatility of most of the OL prospects, it will be interesting to see if the Lions will still look here at pick 29, or address the OG & C positions later. With Zeitler only signed for a year, it would make sense to get his eventual replacement. We trust in Brad Holmes' plan!

The Lions got away with 4th down gambles in the regular season. Gambles don't payoff in the postseason.

Take it from a Falcons fan the Lions are done. If you think you feel bad all offseason the players are going to hear how coach blew it. The end is going to begin when the players watch the Super Bowl and know they should be playing in it. Seahawks never when back for the same reason.

Take it from Lions fans, this was the first time since 1992 that they even played in the Championship game so we understand that sentiment. We shall see how it plays out, but we like how the Lions are built right now so we will be hopeful for better things next season. Thanks for watching!

Other than the loss, Brad's correct-- the most disappointing outcome is the NFL response -- instead of accepting responsibility for a mistake, they have blamed the players and have issued a sophomoric response that they believe somehow shows the Lions team to be at fault and they are vindicated. OWN YOUR MISTAKES -- CHARACTER MATTERS.

Brian Marshall here. Really enjoyed the podcast. As a sportswriter that covered all three of these great coaches, I was always impressed with the precision and passion their kids played with. I happened to live in Marysville in those days with the Times Herald and those battles were the highlight of the season. You were always gracious to me in the post games, win or lose. Great job guys. Ron - good luck with the book.

The best fit for Detroit would be Hendricks or Ausar Thompson IMO. Defensive upside with both, floor spacing stretch big with Hendricks, and explosive slashing / transition play from Ausar. I’d be delighted with either player.
