The vijnanakalas are the energies of Lord Shiva that exist in the gap between Maya Tattva and Shuddhavidya Tattva. The great master Abhinavagupta has explained that the vijnanakevalas (the yogis existing in the state of vijnanakala) reside in the Tattva called Mahamaya. It is an extra tattva explained by Abhinavagupta in his teachings on the intricate unfolding of the universe according the 36 tattva system of Kashmir Shaivism.

One question... Do we have to breath Slowly "ourselves" and we reach that one pointedness....as he says that "you have to breath..." Or by one pointedness tbe breath itself becomes slow. Well I understand that by one pointedness...breath do becomes slow and takes less space. But on the first part that I wrote....does he also wanted to say that you also have to Try to Breath slowly Yourself while in meditation.

In Kabbalah they speak about the universe being created because the creator had the will to bestow, which sounds incredibly similar to this idea. There was too much joy-pleasure-ecstasy for itself and wanted to create something to bestow that same pleasure onto and thus the universe was born. The original receiver (they call the kli), now filled with the same levels of joy as the creator wishes to bestow that same pleasure onto yet another, thus creating further.

Ahhh, what he means is that you're not actively breathing like some exercise, but you should just relax and let your breath be however it feels like, and if you relax enough, eventually, the breathe will be very slow and uncontrolled and relaxed.
