At lvl 27 can't you already get Hardspeak and Perturbator? I think those 2 are the bare essentials for farming, so it shouldn't take that long to go from 27 to like 50.

Thanks but isn't it better to trynna max out the first perk? like the one which makes enemies not fight back when surrendering? cause everytime i surrender enemies most of them just get up or run. can't even ziptie them.​@@thepanzerofthelake732

Theres most likely Social Engineer, the hostages only run. No knifes nor gun reaching. Then probably Hard speak, better intimidation, Hoarder, for more plates, Pertubator, cuz shotgun. Idk if any else tho.
