@@theresaidoko5774 you’ll measure the round waist of the short you’ve already sewn…cut out your band on fold using 2 inches… sew it on you short leaving 2 inches space… then use safety pin to pass your 1 inch elastic….. stitch the elastic and then close the remaining space
