I used to stop in a village called Grassington in north Yorkshire many years ago now, but what a absolutely a beautiful place 😍,but what i was always astonished by was the amount of dry stone walls that go on for miles up or down all made by human hands,and before we had machinery to get the stones to where they needed to be unbelievable when you think about it 👍

Lovely vid, braver than me with the water! I probably do a Malham day walk every other month and never get bored of them. I'd urge everybody to try one, perhaps avoiding weekends and bank holidays as Malham can run out of parking. Skipton, a Malham walk then food & drink in Settle is a top day out. 👍

It's absolutely stunning isn't it. I did think it would be one of those places that could get busy. Luckily there weren't that many parked up or out on the walk 😊

What a beautiful day for a walk Carol...and you certainly planned it well, taking in some wonderful sights 🙌 Gordale Scar looked exciting and I'd have loved to climb up that waterfall to see what's on the other side 😍 Also loved the photos you took of Malham Cove, though it did look a bit sketchy on those rocks 😬 Good effort taking a plunge too ✋ must've been very fresh 🥶 though if you're in and out quick, not quite so bad...maybe 😂 Honestly though, so lovely to see you enjoying your walks like this ❤️ probably the best part of the video for me 🙏🤗🤗
@carol_ann_living.in.the.moment23 сағат бұрын

What a stunningly gorgeous walk with some beautiful scenery. Malham Cove was used in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 when Harry and Hermione (no Ron) were camping (no fights). You're a lot braver than I am, I wouldn't even strip off into a bikini (oh err) in that cold weather let alone dump myself into ice cold water!
@carol_ann_living.in.the.moment23 сағат бұрын
Ah right, well thanks for that. I'm not actually a Potter fan, well apart from Beatrix lol. In fact I've never watched any of the films the whole way through, despite the girls watching them a lot. Think I fell asleep during everyone 🤣
