I have been to PR many times, during my 9 years living in FL. Soon I will retire to a liveaboard sailing life. My plans include anchoring out at Culebra as my first stop back in La Caribe. Also plan to return to La Parguera for a few weeks of anchored life.

It's a personal c going vessel, just like a small sailboat. If you want to brave the Waters of the ocean you're entitled to do so. Use what you have and they have done it very well!
