Bro if you was constipated, you need high water content fruits. Your body is a just a internal pipe system so think whats gonna through easy. Rice breads and grains just clog you up, very drying, there like a paste.

Remember they pushed something else that they said was good and a great and now many are sick or dead. Sadly some were friends and family of mine. I am so glad I never listened to my doctor to take 5000IUs when the first push on doctors to give patients this. Hills Diet has had many and still has on going to this day lawsuits over too much of it in their animal food and the animals died.

Learning about iodine is like the wild west and seems to have the most profound (positive or negative) side effects compared to any micronutrient out there. The science is fascinating. I read about how huge doses can bypass the herxheimer reaction somehow but I'm scarred to do it. I've taken up to 6 drops of lugols a day with no sides, but I also live out in woods now with excelent RO well water and zero exposure to chlorine. Bromide might be another story until i get my remodel done. I started into the iodine study after ultra high dose d3 and cofactors cured my psoriasis. It seems to me after years of research, mostly from rogue doctors, that iodine/selenium and d3 with magnesium, and k2 are probably the most important micronutrients for public health, but it's the absolute last thing big pharma wants the public to know. Boron is another interesting one. Also something I dont hear much about, its important in theory at least, to always take iodine alone as far apsrt from other supps as possible, especially antioxidants

Lazy generation , if you read the books he tells you everything. Everytime detox signs stop 48 hours. But keep eating selenium+ magnesium+ unrefined salts. Its not rocket science. Then start with 1-3mg per day. Then repeat. I can do 1-3 days iodine then i stop 48 hours and feel better everytime.

I know this is an old video, but I also have been having some sudden, bizarre symptoms from taking vitamin D supplements. I know it's a hormone, not a vitamin. I experience heart palpitations, anxiety, slight dizziness, and a few other things. I have had these experiences before when I tried taking it years ago. Never thought it was vitamin D.

@@IRONCORE20 they have calmed down some, but I don't know if it was the vitamin D supplements or something else. It could be I was potassium deficient, so I have been eating more potassium rich foods.

@@IRONCORE20 magnesium or potassium is usually the issue. Most people here in the US don't get enough potassium or magnesium, unfortunately. Anyway, I'm going to try to get my vit D from the sun.

@@RickAstleyLetMeDown I have started eating healthier, increasing potassium and lowering my sodium intake. I try to get vitamin D from the sun (I use D minder app). And I exercise. I take 1000 iu of vitamin D from pill form, since I'm deficient.

Know i understand, there are two post credit scenes, one on the bad ending, with the kingdom expanded, like a steampunk city and the one with the good ending we get maybe a flashback of tocci and majin or one of tepeu or tocci descendent maybe finding majin again. I have to say this game is amazing, i wish there was a second game explaining majins origin, but that fine, and who knows, maybe the sequel would be really bad and it would mess with the game history

5,000 - 10,000IU of vitamin D3 is perfectly safe in otherwise healthy individuals. The only "toxicity" from vitamin D is hypercalcaemia, which is high levels of calcium in the blood. So unless you had your blood calcium tested, how do you know it was vitamin D toxicity? You also mentioned a "multivitamin", you sure it was the vitamin D?

When you take vitamin D use it for a longer time if you weren't taking or K. to your depleting your system of magnesium so that was probably part of your problem could have magnesium level come back up you better check on lab work to find out exactly how you're standing

Hey I was staking about 7000-8000 IU daily for about 1 1/2 years. I got my blood work and came back with 220nmlo/L which is very high. I have never taken vitamin K2. Should I take K2? Or how can u lower Vitamin D.

Did you have symptoms and how are you now? I've been taking 10,000 IU for about 18 months because I was deficient at 30. Bloodwork yesterday was 102.

Your still not too high that’s dangerous has to be 300nmol/l to be too high which is not your Just reduce to 4000-5000 iu every other day an 120-200 mcg of k2

@@VeganGaymer Thats horrible - have u tried a hair mineral analysis to see if something is wrong on that level? I'm fairly certain that I have copper overload going on, and it is getting better but its very slow. Will order a hair mineral test soon to see if I'm right. Just takes 3 weeks for me to get the result back since im in Sweden. Wish u the best - one day we'll feel 'normal' again, its been so long i cant even remember how that feels.

@@alexseastone7114 I haven’t had a hair mineral analysis, but I did get blood tests and food allergy tests, colon tests and many more. Find an environment where you can relax for long periods of time, maybe that could help. Best of luck to you.

You detoxed bromine too fast w/ minimal cofactors + you need more salt to feed the adrenals and kidneys. Iodine B vitamins Vitamin C Selenium Adequate stomach acidity Melatonin Too much iodine is not a correct conclusion.

I think he is describing magnesium deficiency, which is what you get on a higher amount of D3. Chances are that he was mag deficient anyway before he started the vit D.

It is having something in the right dose, be it food or supplements. Anything in excess is poison and keeping a very low dose of supplements for maintenance is the best approach.

Bro now i have overdose of vitamin d3 87 ng so I am taking calcium tablets but if I stop one day then my heart starts to beat irregular which cause me fear . Will I get heart attack or something i don't have any other symptoms only heart irregular beating will it ever go away ? It's been one month i stopped d3 and taking calcium tablets ,can you tell how you are taking the suppliments and at what stage u r in?

I have toxic levels of vitamin D of 335 my originally toxic levels was 329 3 weeks ago and the doctor took my levels again two weeks later and that's when they had went up to 335 after I was trying to be on a low calcium diet and trying to restrict my vitamin D intake my doctor said he don't know how to help me cause he'se not familiar with what I should be eating with toxic levels of vitamin D so he referred me to a dietitian and she said she couldn't help me either because they didn't teach them much about vitamin D toxicity when she was in school I don't want my level to continue to go up I did buy the vitamin K2 like you recommended I just don't know what to eat to lower my vitamin D levels in my body at the same time keep my calcium from getting too high as well. Could you please give me some type of menu/diet/foods that I can eat during this time that my levels are 335 that will allow my vitamin D levels to go down while eating

I have vitamin D levels of 335 they originally started at 329 and they went up in 2 weeks I'm on a calcium restricted diet so I don't know how the numbers got higher I'm asking what kind of diet of food I can eat while trying to lower my vitamin D levels I don't know what meat is safe to eat because all the meat that I check has vitamin Din it could you please help me my doctor Couldn't help me or the dietitian since they don't know much about the vitamin D toxicity or what I should be eating to while lowering my levels.
