Hi John Thanks for watching. We paid by card to the rep. My advise though if you are travelling with Tui, is don't book anything before you travel. I don't know how, but the Tui rep does the excursions cheaper at the resort. If you watch my Udawalawe video part 1 and 2, we got all of that through the rep. Hi Thank you for watching and for your comment Alcohol including cocktails, is served at all bars (including the pool) and in all restaurants from 10am to about midnight. I've been reading that they do not provide toiletries in the washrooms... Is it true? And the check in process can get long and tiring... Kindly share your experience on these?

Thanks for watching Ben and glad the video had helped. That's my motivation for doing them 👍 Definately Udawalawe and the elephants and Galle. I've posted videos of those that may help. Speak to the Tui rep though as he got our excursions cheaper then Tui advertise. They included more and were better value. Pick up with the people I put on the Udawalawe video. The guide was excellent and I highly recommend him from our experience. He was the one that the Tui rep did our tour with. I also took the train to Colombo, which was really cool. Only £1.40 each way and well worth a visit. Again I posted that video yesterday that you may want to take a look at. (Not promoting my channel but it's the reason I post the videos, to help others who go to the same place as me) Thanks again for watching and please ask if you do have any more questions The beach at the hotel is fab but please take care when going in the ocean as it has really strong currents and rip tides. It is a real safari in a real national park that is over 300 sq miles in size. I wouldn't go to somewhere like Chessington or a zoo. Each to his own and just my choice. Thanks again for watching and your support 👍

Thanks for watching. I only ever post videos a max 2 weeks from when I visited to allow for travel and video editing. I personally don't do anything longer than this in case anyone has any questions and the info I can provide is more or less up to date. We visited about 12 days ago at the end of May. We arrived at the park at about 730am for the safari and it was about 28 degrees at that time. @johnrood5484 I've done a full ultimate guide to Riu Sri Lanka if you want to check that out? We went via Tui and were going to book the Safari through them BUT the Tui rep did something else for us cheaper, when we went to book, which included the Safari, baby elephant transfer centre, lunch included and Galle fort / Tsunami memorial. It worked out £20 less then just the Tui Safari! The Galle fort video which is part 2 of today's video, is posted tomorrow I included in the hotel review the (what I think) is a possible big charge when it comes to check out

I think the whole day was about £135 or £140 pp which was much better value
