Letting go of fixing and letting things flow and accepting them is what made him free 💔😪 He was always putting a strain on himself, he was so hard on himself... He though his only value came from his work... And man was he a man a value beyond that. We could all see what a great man he was inside, but he couldn't until he let go of that shell that imprisoned him all his life. I love you, Jack Shephard ❤

I relate to Ted a lot, I see a lot of myself in him i guess in a way I’m a hopeless romantic. In a generations of hookups and flings I want something real. This year was the worst year of my life I tried to unalive myself, my band broke up, and I was at an all time low but watching Ted made me start to believe in love again. I think I’m ready now I have hope now and I hope I find my yellow umbrella soon but I have a feeling after going through all this hurt and pain that now something good is gonna happen to me EDIT: funny enough a few days after posting this I got back together with my highschool sweetheart and we’re a lot stronger mentally and I feel like i really found the one now I’m glad I finally found my yellow umbrella

Ben is my favourite character on Lost - in large part due to Michael Emerson’s subtle portrayal. He can communicate so much with a micro expression. This edit with this track gave me goosebumps - bravo!

Did you know that Michael Emerson was hired to actually play Henry Gale for 3 episodes. His acting blew the producers and writers away so much that they wrote the Ben into the story just for him.
