@@moshareexoxo Wooo I used a little bit of everything. But I used the browning seasoning worchest(idk how to spell it lol) peppers onions garlic, beef broth brown sugar habanero thyme I know I’m forgetting things

I've never had boudin. ( Idk how to spell) Isn't that aa Louisiana dish? Reminds me of what you put in a stuffed bell pepper. I can't have fried food or spicy but gives me an idea on something else to do with ground meat. Nice!
