I remember in 1967 I was waiting in Lepak's Percussion Centre for my drum lesson to start. I looked out the storefront window, and to my amazement The Wildweeds stumbled out of an old Ford Econoline van and walked into the store. I almost shit my pants ! I was 13 yrs old then and I am almost 71 now. "No Good To Cry" still sounds great in January 2025......

I loved this band! They played at many of my high school dances in Bristol. Can't remember my kids names, but I know all the words to their songs!

Este álbum es impresionante, la voz de Felex y los instrumentos, ni que decir de los coros, Dios mío, el bajo es auténticamente una locura. Dios, que locura la batería.

In 1975 I saw this band out in the sun on a hill side sponsored by Subway in Milford CT. Security was handled by H.A., it was a pretty impressive band being I was used to Tull and other European bands.

Fun fact, all the lyrics on the song Bamboo came off a pack of Big bamboo rolling papers. My friend Steve Dowd and I were fortunate enough to spend a couple of months staying with Eddie and Dave Brigatti in 1977 after this album was released.
