I'm making leche flan chocolate cake..which is a baked custard that sits on top of a delicious devil's food cake...the top of the custard has a sauce that is cooked melted sugar that was poured into the pan to cover bottom and then solidified within seconds of being poured then a milk egg sugar custard batter is poured carefully on that ...it's great by itself but it unless you add cake either chocolate or a vanilla chiffon the custard is so creamy and light it will not look like much in a dessert bowl., or plate..
