@@AlexanderdePooter Alexander, I thought with Porsche PTS, I could get any color on any car. My local dealer told me something to the effect "with Porsche, you can get anything you want as long as you pay for it." Is that not the case? Even the Porsche Warwick site says "Paint to Sample is an exclusive option that opens up a virtually limitless palette of colors for your Porsche." (Yes, I saw the word "virtually" in there...) Thank you.

@@trey54321GO , Viola Purple metallic is available for both cars but you can not get Carbon Fiber exterior elements on a Turbo S except the roof

A RS car with a Power Roof? ;) that doesn’t make sense based on weight management

@@AlexanderdePooter For me, I just couldn't part with over $200,000 to purchase a car that does not have a automated roof. Porsche could use light weight materials for a automated roof and increase the horsepower to compensate . just a thought, there's always the 718 syder 4.0

I'd see it as part of the ritual of driving the car that I'd enjoy. I'm sure it'd be annoying at times, but any opportunity to spend some time with a machine like this is a good time to me!

​@@ceeze9923I have a Spyder RS in my collection, and I think any increase in HP should go to performance, not making up for weight gain. They said making it manual decreases it by 40 lb vs. the regular Spyder. And that's 40 lb in the upper half of the car, which is the best place to reduce weight. Finally, I haven't put the roof on my Spyder RS in over 3 weeks cuz I simply don't drive it in the rain. It only takes 2 minutes, and you won't do it often regardless. The top on this car is kind of a side note. It's meant to always be driven with the top removed. Whenever I need the top up, I simply grab a different car instead.

I think the biggest mistake is the original owner managed to spec the steering wheel on the wrong side.

Missing a pedal on the floor … 6 spd manual is a must in a touring. Clear side markers is an easy switch. I like the yellow calipers with the green.

Nearly identical to mine which is manual and with black brakes. Beautiful car and a great drive!
