The ball was a couple of foot wide, the behind the sticks camera angle is an optical illusion. Pause the moment Brough kicks it and you will see the ball is already positioned between the sticks, so if the ball is remotely close to on target (which it is) the ball will always stay in between the goal frame. The commentator falls for this illusion only yards in to the kick. I covered this at the time on a blog which quite accurately pinpointed the moment the ball reached the sticks. If you pause at a late 2:32 or early 2:33, it is around there that you will see the ball and the top of the right hand post. This is when the illusion is broke and the ball has reached and we can see, if you draw a line from the post up to the top of the screen, the ball is comfortably wide. The camera angle from behind Brough does not suffer the same illusion and shows not only the ball going wide but also makes it easy to connect with the other angle to assassin when the ball reaches its destination.

They sang almost every song from Cannot Be, Whatsoever at this gig in 2023 in Manchester. Last nights' gig also in Manchester, about half the set was from his new album Collapse List.

@@andyhounddog I just found 2 more original songs not found elsewhere, within segments of a not so great sounding 5-part videotape recording of a show at the Cork Opera House in 1991: Shirley, and You. Haven't seen these two songs anywhere else. Unfortunately, You is divided by different parts of the 5-part presentation. But still glad to hear these.
