Hi Hilda, so sorry to hear this. Did you add the hot oil as well as enough water to combine dough? It should turn out fluffy and light dear. The hot oil gives a light texture. Unless the oil has exceeded slightly more, chances for it to crumble will be higher too. Next time, if this happens, don’t waste the dough. Just add little more flour and some sprinkles of water gradually and it should be fine. My humble apologies. Pls try again and keep me posted
