I know there are many non human beings here with us and in quantum dimensions, we are all One. I'm having involuntary movements lately in meditation and lots of synptoms. Currently doing 10 weeks of breathwork and so much past life grief to process, like I must give birth to it to get it out of me. I've always asked 'make me a channel for your peace'.
