I keep getting invited to Jehovah Witness meetings, in fact, they are having a huge gathering from all over at the Amalie Arena in Tampa Florida...I'm praying God does something significant there that will end the blindness to this cult! @fernvaldevilla9145 Thank you for the encouraging feedback. And yes, the disciples did see the glory of Jesus, but not until the Resurrection and Ascension. In John 17:5 Jesus prayed, "And now, Father, glorify me in your own presence with the glory that I had with you before the world existed." Peter, James and John got a peek at the glory on the Mount of Transfiguration (Matt. 17). Thanks again for watching!

The God who spoke with Moses wasn't God the Father, but God the Son". 1 Cor 10:1-4...Jesus said that "no one has ever seen God. John 1:18. and John 5:37. Why do idiots keep telling us what the words mean in Greek, or in Hebrew, the Biblical translators have already done that...Duh!!

@@avianobaptistchurch That wasn't God the Father who spoke to the prophets, it was God the Son, the same God who told Moses "IAM WHO IAM" Ex-3:14... Read 1 Cor 10:1-4. and 1 Cor10: 9. "NIV"...John 1:18, and John 5:37 Jesus said. "No one has ever seen God" {Meaning God the Father}. John 1:18 and John 5:37, Compliment 1 Cor 10:1-4. God the Father always spoke through his Son. The only Scripture in the whole Bible where God the Father spoke is Gen 1:26...In Gen 1:26 the words "US" and "our" are in the plural sense. "Let us make man in our image, after our own likeness"...Who was God the Father talking with? It's very obvious, to his Son, and that was just before Adam and Eve were created". That is the only scripture where God the Father is recorded speaking to someone. This again compliments what Jesus said in John 1:18 and John 5:37. "That no one has ever seen God". Gen 1:26 also reveals that the creation was conducted by God the Father and his Son together. And the spirit of God {not God the Spirit} was hovering over the surface of the waters. Gen 1:2. "Man, you have some learning to do...Are you the same guy that called me a heretic? If so, no offence taken. I always try and make sure I'm correct before I post a comment.🤗

God the Father is unknown to us "and he doesn't have a name like "Jehovah". God the Son, Jesus Christ, was the God of the Old Testament. 1 Cor 10:1-4 confirms that fact. Otherwise, why would Jesus say, "No one has ever seen God except the Son"?. John 1:18, "NIV" and John 5:37."NIV" Moses did see God, only it wasn't God the Father". Moses also wanted to know God's name, but God never gave Moses a name, but a Title."IAM WHO IAM" Ex3:14. "NIV"... Not, "I can become whatever choose to become, "NWT" Moses asked God for a name", not what can he become"...

This is not what God claims. He does not say He gave Moses His "title." He says YHWH is his "name." "God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my NAME forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations." (Ex. 3:15)

Jesus is God the Son.1 Cor 10:1-4 clearly identifies Jesus as the God who accompanied Moses and the Israelites throughout their 40 years wandering in the wilderness. However, you are correct in saying that God isn't a Trinity.

Jesus did what he did as a man anointed of God, "How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth (the man) who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed of the devil." This was said by Peter in the book of Acts. Jesus operated by the gifts of the Spirit listed in 1st Corinthians 14. There are 3 gives that reveal something, 3 that say something and 3 that do something. The Word of Wisdom, the Word of Knowledge, etc.. are reveling gifts and reveal information or wisdom that the Holy Spirit wants us to have. Jesus saw Nathanial before hand when he was under the fig tree by a, vision given by the Holy Spirit, not because he had special all-knowing ability as God. The same is true of prophets in the OT that is why they were called Seers in the Old Testament because the prophets by the Holy Spirit "would see things" just like Samuel knew what happened to Saul's donkeys. Jesus did no miracles nor did he minister to anyone until he was was filled with the Holy Spirit. Jesus did not commit himself to man because he knew what was in man and he knew men. The same could be said that we know all men are short of the Glory of God or corrupted or corrupt. This does not mean he knew everything about everyone, he only knew what the Father showed him through the Holy Spirit (gifts of the Spirit), that is why he needed to ask, who touched me? Or how long has this boy had this devil and the dad answered and stated the time frame of the child. Jesus did what he did as a man anointed of God, that is why he said the works that I do shall you do and even greater (greater in number not in ability) because we believers are to be anointed of God and go and do by the Holy Spirit the works that Jesus did. Jesus said he said what he heard His Father Say, he also said his doctrine was not his own but the doctrine of him (God) who sent him. It was the man part of Jesus that did what he did as a man while being God but he did not use any special attributes of God in order to do what he did.

The Two Witnesses from the Bible should not be interpreted as humans although Elijah and Moses have done exactly the same as what the verses said. The Two Witnesses are the CHURCH (people) and the nation ISRAEL.

@junlim9903 Thanks for taking the time to watch and comment. I think there is some validity to seeing the two witnesses as groups and not individuals. The weakness to this view is 1) The two witnesses are killed and resurrected. Would that mean that the two groups would be completely killed off? That would not align with the rest of the NT indicating believers will be alive at the return of Jesus, and 2) the Israel part: the indication from the text is that these are believers in Jesus, which would exclude the possibility of unbelieving Israelis being part of that group. Furthermore, if they are believers, that would make them part of the Church. Again, as I said in the message, WHO they are is not as important as WHY they are. And any speculations about their identity is only a guess at best. Indeed some guesses are better than others (and some are just bad), but in the end, we should not be too dogmatic about our guesses (and this is not to imply you are). Thanks again for watching! The true teaching of Christ's Kenosis is to be found at my Orthodox Catholic Apostolic Church. The true Kenosis of "us" men as a nessecary step towards Theosis ad well. It isn't even a Theory, it is already found in the bible as well. In order to understand it must not be understood in Protestant "I discover with my perception" way.

Chalcedon was wrong on so many issues. Jesus was God in his spiritual identity of the Logos. He did miracles by the Father in him. He didn't pretend to be a baby. He was a baby. He was a man, with the spiritual identity of the Logos, having the Holy Spirit without measure, being fully God in this way. Plus he had the DNA of the Father. He did not have his attributes of deity, except that Logos Spirit. Do do so would mean he could glorify himself, which he said was nothing and useless. It was the Father who glorified him. As such he was a perfect man. There is no issue of separation or intermingling of natures! That is barking up the wrong tree. He really didn't know the day and hour of his return. He couldn't just pop over to his "divine nature" and find out. That would be nonsense. To say he had his divine attributes is unbiblical. He did all miracles by the Holy Spirit, the Father working in him. Now in his exalted state, he has all attributes back again.

@Mike, thanks for watching and responding. This is indeed a challenging issue to wrap our minds around. You final statement seems to indicate you believe Jesus was God after his ascension. If I may ask: Was Jesus God before the incarnation? Did he cease to be so at the incarnation? John 1:1 is clear he was indeed God before the incarnation. Col. 2:9 indicates that He had ALL the fullness of God in bodily form. The kenosis ("emptying") seems to explain, at least in part, why he did not claim knowledge of the end. @@avianobaptistchurch Thanks for replying. To answer Jesus was always God in his identity of the Logos made into a man. That identity stayed with him. He was given the Holy Spirit without measure, so all of the Godhead dwelt in him. The Father did his works through the HS who was in Jesus. He was in the Father and the Father in him. I would doubt he had the HS before his baptism (after his incarnation), since John testified he saw the HS come upon Him and remain. Plus he did no miracles as a child. But even with all of this, he did not know the time of his return; the Father did not reveal that to him. So even though he had the fulness (maybe in power?), that was not his knowledge. I believe he was God before, during, and after his Incarnation, but had his attributes of deity returned to him after his ascension. I'm not sure what else can we conclude by what is written about him. What we want to avoid is a Nestorian view of him having two complete natures.

How was he "fully God"? The problem with Chalcedon and the Hypostatic Union is that they left room for a Nestorian view of the Lord. How? They said that the two natures did not intermingle (actually they used a lot of paradoxical language, having it both ways). So when we ask why our Lord didn't know the day or hour of his return the usual answer is he didn't know in his human nature only. That is Nestorian. As Scripture illustrates, he was the Logos in his spiritual identity which never changed in the Incarnation, but he did all miracles by the Father in him. He did not do miracles by his own power. Remember, he couldn't glorify himself. Therefore his deity attributes were left behind in the Incarnation! He really didn't know the day of his return. And by the same token, he didn't pretend to be a baby, he was a baby. Yet he was deity, fully God, in his spiritual identity of the Logos and also physically had the DNA of the Father. In this way only was Mary "the mother of God." Now he is in his glorified state and it is clear he has all attributes again. Amen?
