Im really not sure how much the barrel was. I purchased the Action with the Barrel from a Friend that had just upgraded to second Vudoo. He had just put this barrel on before he got his vudoo so it had less than 1000 round on it when I got it from him. My best guess with Gun smithing prob close to 1000.

Thank you. First time People see them at our Range they are in Awe. Cactus in WISCONSIN.. what the heck. That was only one of 100s of them that are all around the range. They stay small cause we mow right over the top of them.

@@damingrail3655 Yeah, you can see a lot of mine chopped off when I run the brush cutter over them with the tractor. The one i have at the house was a small one about the size of my thumb. I dug it up and trans planted it to my flower bed and now it is as big as my arm. It did a lot of growing last summer and this spring.

I know right? I could not believe it the first time I saw it either. But yeah they are all over our range. Must be because of all the Sand.

BS. You better tell Josh at pursuit of accuracy to shoot this then. He has plenty of CZ's, even some with Lilja barrels to do this shoot with. The Vudoo's and B14's are putting on a better showing than the CZ's. And the guy that shot the 10/22 with the Kidd barrel had the high score for 4 days. Now, the guy by the name of Twenty Two has the high score, and he isn't shooting a CZ 457 either. Go figure..

@@lmbear The only time I seen the match between cz and do do the cz always won every time you must have been smoking something or had bad vision because I never seen a do do I mean a voodoo beat a cz. Beagleman

@boomstickrevenge I have a factory cz457 vpt mtr that I will shoot against anyone I don't shoot any thing over a point 3 at 50yrds when I go to the range. My cz457s has a zeiss 6/30/50 and a timmney trigger 419 30 rail and a manners stock which came on the rifle from cz and I shoot stickley lapua center x and I will put up 2 thousand dollars to one thousand that no 10/22 will ever outshoot that cz457 factory gun of mine now come on let me know and I will meet any ruger 10/22 any time and I will have the money to back me up we will shoot best out of ten shots winner take all!!!!! Thanks. It is a very nice private club range so I am able to get the range all to my self quite often. I think I could have done a little better if it had been bit warmer and not quite as much wind. It was still very nice out. This bergara is very smooth. I have no Idea what it was like new. I bought it from a friend who has been working on it for years and decided he wanted matching Vudoos.

I do Love my Ruger. That has been my NRL22 rig for over 5 years. I built it one piece at a time over 5 years. I have over 15,000 rounds on it. 7,000 rounds last year alone.

Nice, that is a testament to the Ruger, for sure!! I love mine. Those Kidd barrels shoot very well. I see a lot of guys running Vudoos too, but your score of 71 is approaching F-class John's score. Good shooting!! Some cool rifles in this shoot too. I don't have much into my Ruger 10/22, as I sold all the factory parts, and put that towards the Kidd barrel. Headspaced the factory bolt myself, Installed the Volquartsen trigger parts (that I bought for cheap), and glass bedded it. It's extremely consistent shooting with very little mods and good ammo. No "fliers", or POI shift, when I pull it from the stock, because of the bedding work. It's just about the mechanics of the system. I believe I have $474.00 into that build, due to selling the factory parts off and getting a really good deal on the Magpul X22 stock and other parts. All accurizing was done by myself, and makes a good difference. @@damingrail3655

Yes I am hoping to try again. I will probably try with both guns again. B14 is a super nice shooting rig. I am super glad I was able to pick it up when I did. Maybe even bring out my old glenfield...... LOL Not sure on the ammo yet. The 10/22 can do much better than it did.

Yeah it sure was. Hope to improve on that maybe tomorrow. Challenge definitely not as easy as it looks.

@damingrail3655 no it surely is not! My highest so far on a crappy windy day was 57. Definitely have to try a few more times! You can break 70 I have faith in ya! I thought the flies were tough 😄 This one is harder. Good luck on your next run!!

Naw just looked puts me about 6 or 7th. If I had connected with the last target instead of the missed I had It would be a bit closer to the top. But Not bad for gun I have only had for about a month. :-)

@@nunya1328 don't know exactly never did try any thing like that but I'll tell you this I shoot a cz457 and manners stock timney trigger 5/30/50 zeiss scope v6 conquest 419 rail and I can usually shoot .03 and .02s and occasionally a .04 believe that at 50yrds. 05 and .06 at 100 yrds. Now that might not be out standing but that is the best I can do and that's the truth. I am 76 years old and try to shoot 4 to 5 times a week at the range. Get you a cz457 and your shooting will improve muchly. Beagleman

Elijah's challenges are all in great fun. Any day you can get to the ranges is a good day weather you shoot good or not.

50 Yards. The paper target is printed on is standard letter 8.5x11

I do not remember right off top of my head it either pulled strait off or it had a simple set screw holding it. either way it was super easy to take off.

Was a good time. Nice to get away from the Local club and try something new. Hope to do a few more this summer if I can get the time and find a couple matches that will not require a full days worth of travel. This was a long day. left at 3 am got home about 8pm.
