There is actually no chart for that. It is an assessment you can do by setting your own questionnaire. It simply a way to evaluate you happy your team is working with all stakeholders.

I love the Happiness Index metric which deals first with the emotional dynamics and wellness of the people doing the work. And then the mid sprint approach of following how the stories are moving on the board. Finally, the burndown and velocity metrics after sprint is completed. Very profound. Thanks Doc

In a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, the Scrum Master plays a crucial role in facilitating and guiding Agile teams. Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives). Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team’s progress. Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions. Engage in SAFe ceremonies like PI (Program Increment) Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events. Coordinate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
