Paso 1 1. En un bowl junta la harina con la azúcar flor, añade la margarina y comienza a frotar con tus dedos hasta conseguir migas como arena. Agrega el huevo de una vez y trabaja con tus manos hasta obtener una masa compacta. Estira la masa sobre un molde para tarta de 26 a 28 cm de diámetro aproximado previamente enmantequillado y enharinado. Paso 2 2. Pincha la masa con un tenedor y lleva a horno pre-calentado a temperatura media-alta de 180°C durante 10 a 12 minutos hasta cocer levemente. Mientras, junta en un bowl la leche condensada NESTLÉ® con el jugo de limón y remueve hasta homogenizar. Vierte esta preparación sobre la masa pre-cocida y lleva nuevamente a horno, en este caso debes bajar un poco su temperatura y hornear durante 10 a 15 minutos aproximados hasta que el relleno tome textura compacta y la masa se termine de cocer. Paso 3 3. Mientras, junta en un bowl las claras de huevo con la azúcar granulada y llévalas a baño maría suave removiendo de vez en cuando hasta disolver la azúcar granulada completamente en las claras e integrar bien. Retira el bowl del baño maría y bate enérgicamente durante 8 a 10 minutos hasta triplicar su volumen y conseguir una preparación espumosa y satinada. Retira el pie del horno y cubre con el merengue recién preparado de manera decorativa. Deja enfriar y sirve cuando quieras.

Receta de sopaipillas INGREDIENTES 150 gramos de zapallo cocido 40 gramos de manteca 4 gramos de levadura seca Sal 350 gramos de harina ½ litro de aceite de maravilla para freír INSTRUCCIONES Pele el zapallo, córtelo en trozos grandes y póngalo a cocer con sal en una olla con agua fría. Corte los discos de sopaipillas y pínchelas con un tenedor. Fríalas por ambos lados en aceite hondo caliente a 180°C. durante 3 a 5 minutos o hasta que estén doradas. Retírelas del aceite, póngalas en papel absorbente y sírvalas caliente.
