I am from Jamaica and Usain bolt ⚡ has motivated me that to be the best in your life and you need the right persons in your life... And most importantly you need to put God first. !!! . Then sacrifice and determination and diligence. And you have to over work your enemies and your competition. To bring inspiration.

The fact that you have resorted to hassling your ex via email as she has you blocked on everything says it all really. Leave her alone and get on with your life if it's that great like you pretend it is then why are you still contacting your ex and friends with your continued abuse. You are a deranged woman who can't move on. You know you are lucky not to be in jail right now. Carry on claiming your dole and living in a house under someone else's name because you're blacklisted carry on sleeping in your stolen bed and sitting on your stolen couch. Carry on living your lie. But just stop hassling your ex, she moved on immediately after escaping your disgusting abuse. Just stop thinking about us and do something more productive with your time then hounding your abused ex and friends as part of your sick twisted game laughing at the idiots around you that you have manipulated into believing your lies but trust enough real people know who and what you really are. You're hiding in plain sight and the truth will never stay hidden. You bring it on yourself as I wouldn't be responding like this now speaking the truth if you could just refrain from stalking and mithering us. Not the sharpest tool are you.

Onye why can't you just move on? You are lucky you're not in jail for the crimes you've committed beating on women, smashing car with hammer and threatening a vulnerable girl with a knife after all the abuse you subjected her to. Why are you still hassling her and her friends now. She moved on after she escaped your violence and abuse. If you're life's that good like you say it is then why do you have nothing better to do than keep contacting your ex and her friends to try to continue bullying her?
